QUICK START
-----------
1. Double-click "HAD Digital.exe" to start the application
2. Open your browser to http://127.0.0.1:8080
3. Login with demo credentials (see below)

HOW TO PATCH
------------
1. Close the application
2. Extract the patch .zip over this folder (overwrite files)
3. Restart the application
4. Your data (data/had_digital.db) and settings are preserved

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
-------------------
- Windows 10 (build 1903+) or Windows 11
- 512 MB RAM
- 200 MB disk space
- Any modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)
- No Python installation required
- No admin rights required

CONFIGURATION
-------------
Edit config.json to change:
- Port (default: 8080)
- AI engine (stub/glm)
- Other settings

TROUBLESHOOTING
---------------
- If the .exe doesn't start, check Windows Defender / antivirus
- If port 8080 is in use, change it in config.json
- If you see "access denied", try running as administrator once
- Check logs/had_digital.log for error details
