Milestone M3: Packaging & Build Automation successfully completed.

Steps

• [x] Step 1: Read ORIGINAL_REQUEST.md, PROJECT.md, DISPATCH.md, proposed_build.py, and proposed_HAD_Digital_onefile.spec.

• [x] Step 2: Initialize BRIEFING.md and progress.md.

• [x] Step 3: Run baseline source verification python 05_Test/verify_mvp.py --source to verify server functionality.

• [x] Step 4: Implement 04_Build/HAD Digital.spec (single-file mode, bundling assets, bloat exclusions).

• [x] Step 5: Implement 04_Build/build_exe.py (CLI interface supporting --mode, --clean, --verify, building HAD Digital.exe).

• [x] Step 6: Execute automated build python 04_Build/build_exe.py --mode onefile --clean.

• [x] Step 7: Verify output binary exists in dist/ and check file size (<20 MB; actual 9.78 MB).

• [x] Step 8: Run programmatic verification against compiled .exe using python 05_Test/verify_mvp.py --exe (all 8 acceptance criteria passed).

• [x] Step 9: Run pytest test suite in 05_Test/ to verify no regressions (94/94 passed).

• [x] Step 10: Complete handoff.md and send completion message to parent.
