🔒 Key Constraints

• Owns exclusively c:\AI Projects\Kais Project\MVP/*. Do NOT modify files in 04_Build/ or 05_Test/.

• No cheating: Genuine implementations only, no hardcoding test results, no dummy facades.

• Zero external runtime dependencies for the core web application (standard library Python + SQLite).

• Decouple bundle and persistent data paths in MVP/config_manager.py to prevent _MEIPASS data loss.

• Update MVP/app.py: static serving from bundle dir, login response ok: True, /api/whoami status 200, report submission supporting flat & multi-symptom payloads, ThreadingHTTPServer.

• Update MVP/static/app.js: login handler accepts data.ok || data.user, demo credentials display matched to seed_demo, questionnaire & timeline responsiveness.

• Verify with Python commands and tests, write handoff to c:\AI Projects\Kais Project\.agents\worker_m1_m2_1\handoff.md, send completion message.

Task Summary

• What to build: Full M1 & M2 fixes in MVP/config_manager.py, MVP/app.py, MVP/database.py, and MVP/static/app.js.

• Success criteria:
• config_manager.py: get_bundle_dir() and get_data_dir() properly defined and used; had.db located in writable persistent directory outside _MEIPASS; ctcae_rules.json and guidance.json in BUNDLE_DIR.
• app.py: Serves static files from get_bundle_dir() / "static"; login response returns {"ok": True, "message": "Login successful", "user": ...}; /api/whoami returns HTTP 200 {"authenticated": False}; POST /api/reports supports both flat and multi-symptom dict payloads and defaults patient_id from session user if missing; uses ThreadingHTTPServer.
• static/app.js: Login check accepts data && (data.ok || data.user); demo credentials match seed_demo.py users; report form and timeline functional.

Key Decisions Made

• Use http.server.ThreadingHTTPServer to avoid any external web framework dependencies and support concurrent requests safely with SQLite WAL mode.

• Use sys._MEIPASS detection for get_bundle_dir() and executable directory / LocalAppData fallback for get_data_dir().

• Added support for both flat symptom reporting (symptom_id, symptom_category, severity_score) and multi-symptom questionnaire maps ({"symptoms": {...}, "notes": "..."}).

• Fixed query column in MVP/app.py for treatment_plans to use cycle_count instead of non-existent total_cycles.

• Replaced shadowed duplicate bindTimeline in MVP/static/app.js with bindTreatmentPlan and normalized user profile access.
