- Cheating, Mocking, and Hardcoding Detection
- Independent Execution & Verification of all tests, build scripts, and deliverables against the acceptance criteria in ORIGINAL_REQUEST.md:
- Standalone Windows executable (.exe) built with PyInstaller
- Programmatic verification script (verify_mvp.py) testing launch, auth, and responsiveness
- Patient login, toxicity report submission, and SQLite persistence
- Clinician login and care timeline visibility
- Zero external host dependencies
