Extract and enumerate the precise requirements, features, roles, data fields, constraints, and acceptance criteria for the HAD Digital MVP skeleton.

Scope & Instructions

• Read c:\AI Projects\Kais Project\ORIGINAL_REQUEST.md (mandatory).

• Examine all files in 02_Requirements, MVP_PLAN.md, MVP_EXECUTION_PLAN.md, and any existing specification docs.

• Enumerate ALL features:
1. Role-based authentication (Oncologist, Nurse, Patient - credentials, roles, permissions, session management).
1. Patient toxicity reporting form (grading scale, symptoms/toxicities tracked, date/time, notes, patient ID, SQLite storage).
1. Care timeline (ordering, visual indicators, filtering/displaying reports for clinician, patient identification).
1. Local-first frontend requirements (HTML5/CSS3/vanilla JS, responsive layout, error states, offline/embedded communication).

• Produce a structured handoff report at c:\AI Projects\Kais Project\.agents\spec_miner_survey_1\handoff.md.
