Investigate verification strategies, test harness design, and acceptance criteria validation for the HAD Digital MVP skeleton per ORIGINAL_REQUEST.md.

Scope & Instructions

• Investigate 05_Test and any existing test assets or specifications.

• Formulate the E2E verification methodology and programmatic verification script requirements:
1. Automated launch of the application (both Python server directly and compiled .exe), port allocation, startup health check / ping, graceful shutdown.
1. Programmatic verification of authentication (Patient, Oncologist, Nurse login, session token / cookie handling, role rejection).
1. Programmatic verification of core workflow: Patient submits toxicity report -> data persists to SQLite -> Clinician logs in and verifies the report on the care timeline.
1. Design of test tiers (Tier 1: Feature coverage, Tier 2: Boundary/Corner cases, Tier 3: Combinations, Tier 4: Real-world scenarios, Tier 5: Adversarial hardening).
1. Tools and libraries available in the environment for headless HTTP / API / GUI testing without introducing external runtime dependencies on the target .exe.
