• Implemented standalone stress harness 05_Test/stress_harness.py with zero external dependencies (pure standard library).

• Added 05_Test/test_empirical_challenge.py to seamlessly integrate empirical tests into pytest suite.

• Leveraged taskkill /F /T /PID to ensure clean Windows process tree termination for PyInstaller child processes.

Attack Surface

• Hypotheses tested: Multi-patient reporting isolation, SQLite WAL concurrency under high-frequency writes, CTCAE boundary thresholds (0-5, float gaps, negative scores), multi-role access control, process kill & restart persistence.

• Vulnerabilities found: (1) _api_submit_report line 373 checks alert.get('tier') == 'emergency' instead of alert_type (minor, alerts still routed correctly); (2) Windows PyInstaller onefile child process requires taskkill /T to prevent lingering port binding on sudden parent termination.

• Untested angles: None. All 5 challenge domains empirically executed and validated.
