Mission

Perform an independent forensic integrity audit of the entire codebase, build scripts, compiled binaries, and test harness for the HAD Digital MVP skeleton per ORIGINAL_REQUEST.md and PROJECT.md.

Scope & Instructions

1. Runtime verification: Verify that MVP/app.py, MVP/database.py, MVP/user_store.py, MVP/ctcae_engine.py, and MVP/alert_engine.py contain genuine, robust business logic:
• Real scrypt hashing with per-user salt and genuine password verification.
• Real SQLite queries inserting and selecting actual rows in disk-backed SQLite tables.
• Real CTCAE v5.0 evaluation evaluating numerical and qualitative symptoms.
• Real alert routing creating rows in alerts and timeline_events.
1. Binary audit: Inspect dist/HAD Digital.exe and 04_Build/build_exe.py to confirm genuine compilation by PyInstaller bundling the actual Python server, static assets, and SQLite engine, without external runtime dependencies on the host machine.
1. Test independence: Confirm 05_Test/verify_mvp.py and 05_Test/test_e2e_tier*.py execute genuine HTTP requests against the live server and assert real responses and database rows, without monkey-patching or fabricating passes.
