Requirements

R1. Standalone Executable Packaging

The application must be packaged as a single Windows executable (.exe) using PyInstaller, bundling a Python web server (like Flask or http.server) and an embedded SQLite database, requiring zero external dependencies on the host machine.

R2. Foundational Core Features

Implement the MVP skeleton: role-based authentication (Oncologist, Nurse, Patient), a basic patient toxicity reporting form (saving to SQLite), and a basic care timeline that displays submitted reports.

R3. Local-First Frontend

The application must serve a responsive HTML5/CSS3/vanilla JS frontend that interacts with the embedded backend.
