# Mario's Framework Documents — Links & How to Export

The two source documents live in Mario's Google Drive folder
(`G:\My Drive\Mario Software\` as Google Docs cloud files). They are **private**
and cannot be read from this machine directly — they must be exported once, by
someone signed into that Google account.

*(Local Drive placeholders keep double spaces in their filenames — that's why
direct reads fail besides the cloud-placeholder issue.)*

## How to export (ACT-001)

1. Open each URL above in the browser (must be signed in).
2. **File → Download → Microsoft Word (.docx)** — or PDF if formatting matters more than editability.
3. Save both files into this folder: `projects/Mario Software/04_Inputs/`.
4. Update `03_Registers/ACT.csv` ACT-001 to Done and log progress:
   `python tools/update_progress.py mario-software --note "Both docs exported and read"`.

## Why this matters

Everything in `01_System/ADVISOR_ASSESSMENT.md` is provisional until these land:
target user, domain, pipeline ambition (automatic vs AI-assisted), and the real
scope of the reporting system all come from these documents.
