# Governance framework — shared copy

This project is part of the unified workspace. The AI Project Governance Standard
and the reference web application live once, for every project, in the shared layer:

- Standard (v3.9 + v4.0 Business Layer): `../../shared/governance/`
- Reference webapp (GOV-B7.4 pattern):   `../../shared/webapp_reference/`

Open the workspace portal (`start_portal.bat`) → **Shared** area to browse or launch them.
