Build the foundational skeleton for the HAD Digital MVP: a standalone Windows executable (.exe) Python web application for home-hospitalization oncology patients and their care teams.

Working directory: c:\AI Projects\Kais Project
Integrity mode: benchmark

## Requirements

### R1. Standalone Executable Packaging
The application must be packaged as a single Windows executable (.exe) using PyInstaller, bundling a Python web server (like Flask or http.server) and an embedded SQLite database, requiring zero external dependencies on the host machine.

### R2. Foundational Core Features
Implement the MVP skeleton: role-based authentication (Oncologist, Nurse, Patient), a basic patient toxicity reporting form (saving to SQLite), and a basic care timeline that displays submitted reports.

### R3. Local-First Frontend
The application must serve a responsive HTML5/CSS3/vanilla JS frontend that interacts with the embedded backend.

## Acceptance Criteria

### Standalone Executable & Verification
- [ ] A build script is provided that automatically packages the app into an `.exe` file using PyInstaller.
- [ ] A programmatic verification script exists that tests launching the application, attempting authentication, and ensuring the server responds successfully without external dependencies.

### Core Functionality
- [ ] A patient user can log in, submit a basic toxicity report, and have it saved in the local SQLite database.
- [ ] A clinician user can log in and view the submitted report on the care timeline.
