## Mission
Investigate system architecture, existing codebase structure (e.g., `MVP`, `01_System`, `03_Architecture`, `04_Build`), and technical constraints for building and packaging the standalone Windows executable (.exe).

## Scope & Instructions
- Read `c:\AI Projects\Kais Project\ORIGINAL_REQUEST.md` (mandatory).
- Investigate the workspace: python environment, existing code or prototypes in `MVP` or other folders, build tooling, PyInstaller requirements, SQLite embedding, static asset serving, and zero-dependency runtime constraints.
- Determine the recommended technical architecture:
  1. Python server framework (Flask or standard library http.server / wsgiref) - assess dependency footprint and PyInstaller compatibility. Zero external dependencies or minimal self-contained dependencies cleanly bundled into .exe.
  2. Embedded SQLite schema design (Users, Toxicity Reports, Care Events) and database lifecycle/location (handling PyInstaller `_MEIPASS` temp directory vs persistent writable SQLite database path next to executable or user data).
  3. Packaging strategy with PyInstaller (spec file, single-file vs folder, inclusion of static files HTML/CSS/JS, handling persistent DB vs read-only bundle).
  4. Build automation script (PowerShell / Python build script).
