## Mission
Perform an independent forensic integrity audit of the entire codebase, build scripts, compiled binaries, and test harness for the HAD Digital MVP skeleton per ORIGINAL_REQUEST.md and PROJECT.md.

## Scope & Instructions
- Read `c:\AI Projects\Kais Project\ORIGINAL_REQUEST.md` (mandatory).
- Perform deep forensic verification against all forms of cheating, dummy facades, test result hardcoding, and circumvention:
  1. Static analysis: Scan all files in `MVP/`, `04_Build/`, and `05_Test/` for hardcoded return values matching test cases, mock or fake implementations posing as real logic, or bypasses.
  2. Runtime verification: Verify that `MVP/app.py`, `MVP/database.py`, `MVP/user_store.py`, `MVP/ctcae_engine.py`, and `MVP/alert_engine.py` contain genuine, robust business logic:
     - Real scrypt hashing with per-user salt and genuine password verification.
     - Real SQLite queries inserting and selecting actual rows in disk-backed SQLite tables.
     - Real CTCAE v5.0 evaluation evaluating numerical and qualitative symptoms.
     - Real alert routing creating rows in `alerts` and `timeline_events`.
  3. Binary audit: Inspect `dist/HAD Digital.exe` and `04_Build/build_exe.py` to confirm genuine compilation by PyInstaller bundling the actual Python server, static assets, and SQLite engine, without external runtime dependencies on the host machine.
  4. Test independence: Confirm `05_Test/verify_mvp.py` and `05_Test/test_e2e_tier*.py` execute genuine HTTP requests against the live server and assert real responses and database rows, without monkey-patching or fabricating passes.
